Artificial Intelligence Consulting
With Artificial Intelligence at our core, we introduce emerging technologies into organisations to encourage innovation and increase performance, efficiency and productivity.
What we can do for you
Our team of consultants will identify areas of your organisation that could be improved and streamlined using AI. Our solution may incorporate readily available AI software if relevant, or may be entirely the product of our proprietary AI system.
HOW WE DO IT
We have specialists in business and technology. We spend time getting to understanding your business goals before we even look at technology solutions. It all starts with a 30 minute, no-strings video call.
We'll discuss your business goals first, problems that might need solving, then look at technology solutions. We'll do some further research, have an internal ideas generation session, then put a proposal together for you.The proposal will suggest further consultancy work required and/or software solutions we recommend.
Following the consultation phase we will implement your chosen solutions and provide the necessary training for your team.Solutions will be based on your business goals, timeline and budget and may be a combination of readily available solutions and bespoke development.
our unique proprietary AI
general purpose ai
We are on a quest to create Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). Our approach is unique and is based on the Principle of Least Action in physics. An AGI must be as close as possible to the way human intelligence operates, and it must think for itself (and not limited by the programmer's intelligence). Our first challenge was to create a 'general purpose' system. We named it Generic AI because it does not perform specific functions. It has a wide range of uses and can be applied to many different tasks without substantial modification.Generic AI can become the central 'brain' in your organisation, performing a number of tasks, saving you time and money.
Generic AI is an incredibly versatile system. We can build you a chatbot and, with limited modification, we can also get the system to analyse PDF documents and images, or perform financial forecasts. This is because it uses the same core system every time.
Generic AI does not need to be repeatedly ‘trained’ like Neural Networks do. It only needs a very small dataset before it starts to work. We call it one-shot learning. It does not care what form the data takes either; text, numbers, images, audio or video.
With Neural Networks, it's not possible to tell why the AI has produced a particular outcome. This is known as 'black box'. However, Generic AI always obeys a minimum-information principle and therefore is possible to understand and trust what it’s doing.
who are we?
We live, breathe and sleep AI, and have done for many years now. It started 20 years ago with a theory; a new and radical approach to AGI, and how it could be applied to music theory. It's fair to say that we aren't new to AI.We have many years experience in AI (obviously), software engineering, business operations, commercial strategy and problem solving. We have built AI systems as diverse as crowd analysis using CCTV footage to a chatbot for business loan applicants. Most of our team are located in North East England but we don't mind where you live!
how to use AI in your organisation
improving your organisation
Whether you want Generic AI to improve a process or build a new product, the key is to forget the technology and focus on the business case first. Because of the 'general purpose' nature of our AI, the number of applications are endless. And the more applications you have, using the same core system, the more 'intelligent' it becomes. Some examples:Data Analytics: AI can analyze large volumes of data quickly, providing insights that can be used to identify trends, optimize business processes, and make data-driven decisions.Process Automation: AI can automate repetitive tasks, such as data entry, invoice processing, and order fulfillment, freeing up valuable time for employees to focus on more strategic and creative tasks.Sales Forecasting: AI can analyse historical sales data and external factors (e.g., seasonality, economic trends) to predict future sales. This helps in making informed decisions about production, staffing, and resource allocation.Customer Support Chatbots: Implementing AI-powered chatbots on your website or social media platforms can provide instant customer support, answering common queries, and handling basic issues 24/7. This reduces the workload on your support team and enhances the overall customer experience.
